Digital studio Generate to Alloy

Generate, digital-minded studio founded by former WB programming chief Jordan Levin, remains acquired by Alloy Digital, a division of youth-specific producer Alloy, the companies introduced Thursday. With Generate inside the fold, Alloy might have an inhouse production machine for feeding their selection of content companies serving the 12-34 market. Alloy may be the organization that co-produces teen-skewing TV series including ''Gossip Girl'' and ''Pretty Little Liars.''
